   Do not buy this mobile.
   Vivo used to produce some fascinating mobiles earlier. I myself exchanged v9 with this product and I am lamenting my decision. Below I am putting the negatives:1) No adapter – If you are buying this you will not get any adaptors for mobile charging.2) Sound very low and poor quality – You will be unable to hear your phone ringing in a conjested public place.3) Performance is below par – Mobile hangs when playing medium graphics games. Heats up immediately.4) Voice Call hangs up – There are call drops (which were not there with v9) and voice distortion while calling.5) Very high price – This should at most cost ₹8k (without discount) and ₹5k (with discount) whereas it costs ₹15k which is unjustified. You will get much better mobiles at this price range from different companies.Only good thing in this I found is the appearance which too is not very good but decent. Battery life is so so. Camera could have been much better. Overall donot buy this phone for more than ₹5k-₹6k maximum.

   यह गलती से भी मोबाइल मत ले क्योंकि यह मोबाइल इतना ज्यादा हैंग करता है 4GB राम है हमने लिया पर बहुत ही बेकार वीवो का यह फोन है हमको बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं हुआ इसे आप ना खरीदे थोड़ा अच्छा है आपका पैसा बेस्ट है इस फोन में नहीं तो इसमें चार्जर नहीं मिलेगा
