Very low quality product
Very low quality product, i bought it, and after 3 months i faces more problems in it, and its body is made up of very poor plastic. In it mant skrews are oped already, when i open my laptop, then i found that it goes fraud with me, so i suggest you not to buy this bakvaas product, because i have bought it once and now i am feeling that my money has waste in it. Now many problems like no boot device found, and damage parts, open screw,. And baatery life problems are there in this laptop. Its charger also burn after 3 months, due to bad insulation quality of this product charger. In this laptop all the parts are very loose and didnt work properly, and it has very low quality plastic body which can easily damaged by any small accident.

Great laptop in such an amazing price
Dell laptops are always considered the best. I got this one for work purpose in such an amazing price with great configurations, be its battery back up or speed. And I got it in such a condition that no one will understand wether its a refurbished or a new one. I received it in a new condition. And you are getting this laptop at such a price where you won’t even get a good smartphone at this price. I would say just go for it without any hesitation. And the seller and their service is also very good.

Charger gets burned automatically when charge the laptop.
The Battery and Cooling fan are very old and they are not working. Their Performance are very very low. I’m getting very disappointed by ordering this Product. Charger get burned automatically when charge the laptop. One of the worst experience I have ever experienced in life. Even Seller is not responding to any of my message or call. Never ever buy this product from this seller.

Touch pad is defective
Laptop touch pad is defective.not working properly..we try to replace the item, but they are arranging inspection visit of technician and which is just wasting our time not solving our problem .the technician Not physically visit our place they just ask everything on call,what’s the problem thats it ..and inspection was arrange twice but not proper response and technician not visited our location to check the laptop.just waste of time and money…worst service

Amazing customer service for the product
I was little sceptical whether I should go for renewed product or not. But later on I made my mind and got my Dell laptop. To my surprise, it appeared as good as new and worked amazingly fast. After few days working with this laptop, I observed it’s battery was having charging problem. I contacted Rentopc, and found their customer service way better than the original Dell’s service centre and we’re very prompt. They sent a replacement battery and now I don’t have any further problem. I am writing this review well after using this laptop for over a month now and it has not disappointed even once. I am glad that I took the laptop from Rentopc. Once again thanks for great experience with your customer service.

Don’t buy this please
Product is good condition, but it fails to reboot each time. We have to enter try again this blue screen for half an hour to on the device. Very frustrating when the screen appears every time. Worst service they are not responding to resolve the issue.

Bought this laptop for my daughter for a birthday present. Ya it made it on time and other than a smallish crack in the battery casing it seems to be legit, however it same with one small issue. For some reason on first boot up there was a partition error. Fortunately I have a fairly good background with computers and could fix it myself, if I had wanted to they would have picked the laptop up and fixed it but that would have made it late for her birthday.

This notebook was shipped fast and arrived in less than perfect packing. Maybe it was a refurbished unit but I doubt it because it is in perfect condition with nary a fingerprint on it. It arrives with scant documentation. One sheet of paper to tell you where to find the Win10 activation key and a 2nd piece of paper to tell you to make USB emergency Windows boot key. No manual. After I booted it up for the first time I initially panicked because the track pad did not work and I had trouble getting thru the Win10 setup screens. I then plugged a wireless mouse into it and was able to navigate the setup screens. Win10 need a TON of updating which took a very long time. Track pad started working after updates. Now that the machine is fully updated I am extremely pleased with this laptop. The SSD boots into Windows very fast. The WIFI works great. 8GB of ram is perfect. The battery performs like new and holds a charge for a very long time. My wife uses it and doesn’t need more hard drive space because she only uses the web browser and MS Office online version. She saves lots of stuff in the MS cloud drive. So storage is just fine. The SSD still shows about 80gb of free space. At this price point you can’t go wrong. I purchased this unit to replace an HP Stream 14 purchased at Walmart. The HP Stream was awful and included only 32gb of system memory you couldn’t even update the HP stream due to very small HD size. I returned it and got this one for less than $100 more and it’s perfect. The i5-4300u processor is no slouch – it’s powerful. I think we’ll get a lot of use out of this machine. It’s much better than old laptops I paid over $1,000 for. EDIT: I just realized the laptop I received does NOT have the mouse/toggle between the B-G-H keys. However, the photo on Amazon does. No biggie – I never use that thing anyway.

I bought this as a school laptop for my son. I was surprised that this looks like a brand new item – I expected scuffs and marks from a refurbished item, despite the Certified Refurbished status. The laptop is flawless. Robust, this is an ideal laptop for a student. Actually, the specs mean it’s better than almost every other device at twice the price retail in Australia. i5 processor, 8GB Ram, SSD drive – this thing flies! Amazingly fast boot time, so while other laptops in the class are still spinning away waiting for the lock screen to load, this one’s already logged in, online and working.The one disadvantage – and it may be a deal-breaker for others – is the combined weight of the laptop and the power adapter. Dell took a while to work out that power adapters shouldn’t require a wheelbarrow to cart around, and this one isn’t an exception. However! I can’t believe it, a so-called refurbished device with a battery that goes ALL DAY. I kid you not, after two days of lugging the adapter around, my son now leaves it at home, easily getting through a school day beginning on a full charge and returning with power to spare. On the odd day where he’s been using a bit more battery than usual, he uses Windows 10’s built in eco mode, which gives the lappy some legs (Oh, and it shipped with Windows 10 ready to go). Can’t fault this laptop – should have bought two at the price. (Sorry about the out of focus photos – too excited).
