Donot ever use Refurbished Products on Amazon
I had made a Purchase of this item. The product was delivered. After checking, the screen was not working properly. Also the laptop was not in a good condition as claimed by Amazon. When I made a request to get returned and refund for my amount after the technical visit, The people from Amazon are saying that now it is not in their hands and we have to contact the seller and get it replaced. I am very sorry to say that if a customer is not satisfied , then what is the use of your policies. I am very much disappointed.

Laptop is good but battery life is not very well. It is about 3 hours.
