Don’t buy product from refurf or anything related to Xtracover. Their warranty is for name sake. There is no after sales support. My CPU stopped working after 2 months, and even after multiple calls and email, they say we have no sales information from Amazon even after providing them with invoice and warranty.

Have bought refurbished I5 desktop system. Received complete set and in which I had a issue with monitor but I got good customer support and they helped me to replace the Monitor timely without any issue. Now it’s perfectly working fine without any issue and recommend everyone to make a try on the refurbished desktop and i assume u will not regret.

Good Value for Money
The computer is working well and is very good value for money. However, MS Office doesn’t function properly and there is a clear message that the version of MS Office is not legal. As the computer has just been delivered to me, MS Office is working currently, but it will probably stop functioning soon unless I don’t buy an official licence.The monitor is 4X3 aspect ratio, which is very old – it should be 16X9. However, all other aspects of the computer are good.
