I am reviewing after 10 days of moderate usage. it’s like new. Also, customer care support is good.the elite desk is running smoothly. Although I was facing some issues, they helped me, and my problem was solved. Go for it..we should buy refurbished items to get rid of electronic west.

Ordered a week ago, till now working fine no issue. Looks like new one. Not for gaming because inbuilt graphics card is having 128 vram. I really wanted to try out some games. Installed pes 17 but not working due to the vram. But played FIFA 14 with max graphics setting, getting 60fps constantly (few setting needs to be changed). Overall good pc for basic day to day use. Update- I’m currently playing Fifa 18 on it. Getting 30 fps most of the time with low setting.
