I bought this phone for my father. Very nice product at this price for normal use. I’m writing this review after one month of use and there are no issues with the product. Clean UI, no bloatware, and good battery backup, camara performance is also good at this price. Helio G37 is a good processor for day to day tasks. Worst experience plz don’t buy this
I have purchased this phone for my mother and we were very happy with its look but the next day when she start to use it it doesn’t working properly the phone hangs and switch off automatically and it’s volume and power button are also not working and the phone is hanging too much it doesn’t responding…i have tried for support too many times but Amazon and also the lava customer care both are not responding me…i have tried to book a technician visit but they don’t send the technician so it’s a very bad experience from Amazon and also Lava…so i req you to don’t purchase itð
