Purchased the product last week and using since than. I have never purchased refurbish product from amazon. This is my first experience and found to be good. The product came with other box but was intact and there is no symbol of scratches and other mark indicating that it is being used. Un packed and used and very easy to connect and operate. Nice product and working fine. Sound and voice command is so pretty that i like that. Previously i used to search the music in my phone but now its so simple to just play with voice command. Excellent product from Amazon.

I want to share my personal experience with the ALEXA 4th Gen. The product is quite good overall, but if you are a music lover and you want good bass in your music system, then this may not be the best product for you.

Sometimes it does not respond to button press and voice commands, the speaker starts cracking sound when its too loud.I bought a refurbished echo, overall it’s ok you can go for it. But only buy refurbished echo when it’s price is below â¹2100. Otherwise it’s overpriced.
