It is so bad that it is laughable
Even the customer care said that the laptop has 4gb ram so it wont work. And, there is no slot for extension to 8gb. So it is a scam by ASUS

Bad experience with the laptop. Facing issues since the day day I have purchased it. Need help now.
It lags all the time. It hampers your work. Even after the wifi connection is so strong. It creates problems. It’s not at all a good piece.
