Update : It took a few weeks to get a callback from the company. A few more weeks later they replaced the product with new one. So all in all, even though it took some time, got satisfactory service.My previous review:I’m posting this review after using this product for 8 months. The massager was working fine, even though the heat function never worked. I have quite long feet, so the calf massager was none of use for me. Even though it worked fine for my parents. Even though it was not used regularly, after 8 months it stopped working. Been trying to contact customer support for over a week now, no response at all of any kind, whatsoever.

Very bad product.. Heating in the product doesn’t work. For calf and foot massage it’s a very painful experience.. We have been every day trying to return the product and it’s not been possible.. Why Amazon is doing this not to reverse pick up the product and refund the product money

Swelling and pain in the leg has gone down significantly
I bought this for my dad who has swelling and pain in his legs everyday. He has used it 2-3 times a day for a month now and he says he canât do without it now. Whenever he isnât at home to use it, the swelling and pain is back. So, it is worth the money I spent on it.
