Screen edge gets pressed – Low quality fabrication.
I purchased this monitor from http://www.DellStore.in on 07-MAR-2024 & I found that the screen is not strong at the edge & gets easily pressed when applied little pressure… I see low-quality products Dell has manufactured. When I asked for a replacement, DellCare said they could replace it with a refurbished one since my return window was closed. Please be careful when you purchase this. Dell has no regret that it has delivered a defective item to the customer, Dell might think & feel that they are right as per the policy but, Dell cheated a customer like me by delivering a Defective item and attaching the Screen Capture of the polish/silver color getting peeled off when cleaned.
