Laptop is ok in terms of performance, but charger provided is not a type C charger.

Software problem
All the functions start working without my control…for the first time I am seeing this in a new laptop.Don’t buy this… These Amazon products do not take return or refund… Their service is very poor.. After 2 days they tell me that your products cannot be returned. I also try many times but I did not find a solution to my problem. ..they all cheat the customers.
