WORTH EVERY RUPEE
i bought this mouse 3 years ago on a sale, and got it for around 5.5k just when mx master 3 was launched. till date, the mouse runs perfectly and i and since not been able to use any other mouse. if you spend long hours on your computer, especially doing something related to designing, this is worth your investment. its made with high quality materials and does not hurt your hand. soft buttons, wonderfull scrolling wheel and each button is customisable. i personally use my other 4 buttons for copy, paste, back and scroll change, which you can change in the logitech app. it also has features like logitech flow, where you can transfer files from one computer to the other just using drag and drop from the mouse. no connection needed. it also works on glass surfaces without a mousepad.invest in yourself and purchase an mx master, either this or the new one, and you will feel the difference in less than a week, how comfortable it becomes to use ergonomic mice.

Mouse met my expectations!!
Yes I received an original product and a brand new one.Bluetooth edition doesnât include the unifying receiver. The mouse can connect via both bluetooth and a unifying receiver if u have the receiver already. The mouse connects to the logi option+ app and delivers customisation options that are really useful but there is a learning curve if you are using the app for the first time. The looks are a plus and also the infinite scroll wheel feels great. The ergonomics are great but if you have small hands donât go for it.The scroll wheel makes a little noise and that might be a turn off for people who works in silent spaces. The quality is great but I have read in reddit about the top rubber layer of mx master mice in general wears off if you have oily hands.Skins to protect are available for a hefty price.Go for it if you can!!note:I got it for 4k during offer

Expensive compared to the value it’s brings!!!
First of all I personally feel that this is an expensive mouse even after a lot of price cuts and quite close in comparison to it’s counterpart logitech master 3 which is nearly twice the price (over kill). More than 5k for a mouse is quite high of an asking price for average day to day users. Now that’s out of the way, below is my experience:Pros:1) I have upgraded from logitech M235 after nearly 5 years of usage and this is quite a significant upgrade and experience for me.Right from the start it feels quite nice and premium on the hands finally I can rest my entire palm over the mouse.2)The middle scroll wheel (hyper scroll) is quite pleasing to use and most of the time I find myself playing with it.3) Thumb scroll is an added advantage and works on all the general application I have used like office apps /web broswer and is really helpful.4)All the clicks feel satisfactory and overall gives a premium experience.5)The multi device usage is fantastic and works like a carm everytime, has made my life easier as I switch from personal to work system.Cons:1)The major issue that I found is for some odd reason I am accidentally pressing right mouse button whenever playing with middle scroll or trying to lift the mouse in a hurry.I am not sure if it’s because of using a smaller mouse for such a long time that I need some getting used to or something else. But what I can say is the right click does feel that it is quite easy to press compared to the left button.Could be an issue with my product or I need some more time to get used to.2)The mouse is heavy and while lifting it during usage you will definately feel it’s presence.3) The built-in battery is a thing to worry I suppose since all rechargeable battery tends to show its age after a years worth of recharge.Only time will tell how it stacks up.For now I have noticed that I lost 1 bar on the indicator after about 7 days of usage nearly 10-12 hours of usage each day give or take.4)I still feel that this is quite expensive and is for a niche section of users who prefer a premium experience this mouse does not bring soo much of the table that it can justify a premium tag.5)As for productivity I do not see how this would give a better experience other that the thumb wheel which is a bonus but is not critical for day to day usage or for most of the professionals.Any mouse with a decent build in 2-3k price range should give similar experience minus the thumb wheel and multi device connectivity.Overall if I look past the price tag and the right click issue then I am quite satisfied with this purchase and hopefully I should not need to buy another mouse anything soon. ð

Good Mouse (Bluetooth only) but worked with separate USB unifying receiver (with unifying Driver)
(1) Works with Bluetooth & Unifying receiver: The sale package (received from Amazon) does not contain Unifying USB receiver. However, I had 2 unifying receiver (Orange star color) of my older Logitech mouse and the mouse worked with both after using Logitech Unifying receiver driver.On/Off shift button at bottom front indicates both Bluetooth and unifying receiver symbol and preferred to off when not in use to save battery life.(2) Software: Standard Settings can be done with Logi Option+ (to be downloaded from Logitech website) . With separate Unifying receiver, Not plug & Play. Tried to add unifying receiver from Logi Option+. Did not work. Downloaded separate Unifying driver & Yes…Worked.(3) Mouse feels comfortable in Hand and feels premium. Heavier compared to standard mouse. However, Back and Forward button may not be felt comfortable to some users. Got used to with some time. There is also a hidden “gesture” button on thumb pad underneath the soft rubber and the settings (from Logi option+) of same can be done and can be assigned as per requirement and available options.. It is well hidden and If you didn’t know this then you would likely miss it.(4) Connectivity: 3 Device can be connected with a button press (1,2 & 3 light is highlighted indicating connected device) provided at Bottom. Using one device with Bluetooth and other 2 with unifying receivers. When connected to Laptop using Bluetooth is considered 1 device and also when connected with unifying receiver in same Laptop connection considered second device. Once connection settings done, it connects smoothly to all devices.(5) Charging: Charging Cable is short but manageable, however the charging cable provided in not USB C but of previous gen Mobile charging cable (micro-usb). Would have been better if USC C provided. Upto 3 green light indicators at left side indicates battery capacity. Battery life yet to be checked but so far OK.(6) While Global available with Teal Blue & Black color also , Here available with Graphite color only.Regards

Great mouse, only downside is lack of USB C as this is the slightly older model. Otherwise thereâs very little difference between this and the 3

I have been using an original MX Master (which Iâll call MXM for brevity) at the office for the past three years and it is by far my favorite mouse, until the MX Master 2 (though for my uses they are largely the same).Scroll wheels on mice have been a real pain for me in the past, it seems like scroll wheels on every mouse Iâve used prior to the MXM were junk. They were always janky where clicks wouldnât register, or scrolling just wasnât smooth. I was talking with a guy at work a few years ago about this and he let me test-drive his MXM for an hour and I loved it, so I immediately purchased one.I have used it with zero problems for the last few years, and Iâm still addicted to quickly scrolling through web pages, code files, spreadsheets, etc by using the smooth-as-butter quick scrolling feature. For me the scroll wheel alone is worth the price, but of course it has plenty of other really useful features. At home I was using an MX Anywhere mouse because I travel frequently, so the smaller form-factor is nice. However, it does feel a bit too cramped and when I use it I miss the ergonomics and smooth scrolling. I finally decided to get another MX Master (this one being the MX Master 2). I donât know why I didnât buy this sooner!Itâs basically the same as the original MXM with a few added features. The MXM 2 supports âFlowâ software which allows you to seamlessly use the mouse across multiple computers (up to three) without having to manually change the connection on the bottom of the mouse. You can also copy and paste files across multiple computers, provided you copy/paste by using the mouse itself rather than keyboard shortcuts. The MXM 2 also supports higher resolution (up to 4,000 DPI) and longer battery life. The thumb gesture button on the MXM 2 does feel a slight bit mushier than the original but for me it’s easier to click. I see a lot of people complaining about the forward/back thumb buttons being set too far back making them uncomfortable to use, but I have adapted to using them a bit differently. Rather than pulling my thumb back and searching for the correct button I simply keep my thumb in its natural position and rock it up/down, letting the side of my thumb hit the buttons. It only took me a short time to get used to doing it this way, but it feels completely natural. This mouse is super comfortable to use all day long. It is a bit on the larger side so if you have smaller hands then it might not be ideal for you.The MXM really does work on every surface Iâve tested on. My coffee table has a glass top and no other mouse works fluidly on it, except the MXM series.I donât do much PC gaming outside of playing Civ, which doesnât require twitch accuracy, but Iâve heard a number of people say itâs not an ideal gaming mouse. I will take their word for it, so if youâre looking for a gaming mouse then Iâd do a little more searching around. That being said, for productivity it works flawlessly. Finally, if you have an original MXM and itâs still working well for you then I donât think itâs worth upgrading unless something like Flow is something you will find really useful.
