Not upto the expectations
I bought this UPS on 30-May-2022 and it worked fine for first 5-6 months but later the device started losing power backup when the main power is off. I tried to charge it for 3-4 hours to check if there is a possibility to restore its functionality but gone in vain. The product is completely dead if the main power supply is off so can’t be used as a power back up for home needs like “inverter for modem/router”. I raised a complaint with APC and see how the response is with respect to resolving the problem but I personally suggest not to go with this product for long term usage.

It’s not working
It’s not even turning on even though I have followed the instructions to use it (insert the battery connector and charge for 24 hours). I have made complain to Amazon they mentioned that they would get back in 3 business days but it’s been 1 week and it now no response. On top of it now I am not even getting the option to return or replace or even to contact the support team.

Awesome Product !! Backup time 1hr 25min
It’s an awesome product. It’s cool features like to Mute the Beep Signals and it easily gives backup of 1hr 25min I charged a 65W Laptop and Mobile through it as well as WiFi was running. It’s a great upgrade over the backup.Tips -1) On Day one charge for 24hrs straight without any usage.2) Keep it in open or ventilated space on Day 1,2,3 as copper heats for the first time and copper heats has some smell. It’s for every stabilizer or UPS so.3) For Charging Mobile using USB it provides backup of 8hrs. Its great.

Horrible experience with this seller
Had a horrible experience with this product! The UPS never powered up , came as a damaged piece . We got in touch with amazon customer care ,they told us to talk with the seller directly without giving us any information or help in this matter . At our end we figured out the sellers customer care and they said they canât do a thing as it was bought from amazon and put us back on Amazon customer care ! We have had 5-6 calls with Amazon customer care with zero help and have been stuck with a faulty product and no solution form either end

Great product
The product is working fine for last few months…though my last one of similar size ( some other brqnd) has been working for 8 years now ( battery replaced 2 times )The only trouble was in using all 3 plugs ,at the same time, as the plug size with convertors is bigger these days…. picture attached

Poor Customer Service and product.
The product is good in looks but when I checked output Voltage with multi meter, it was just 160 V instead of around 220V. On complaining to Amazon, customer representative refused to listen and tried his best to prove me wrong. Surprisingly he was senior but had no knowledge about current or voltage.After using for about 3 months, the product is making constant noise like something is sparking. It’s very annoying.After 6 months of use, this ups turns off by itself. I’ve to manually turn it back on. This happens many times in a day.Finally the brand replaced the faulty battery free of cost and now everything seems good. There should be small fan inside ups. It gets very hot so I had to install external pc fan.
