Ideal for Work and Study: Excellent Value and Performance
Excellent device for working professionals and students. No heating issues at all. The display is stunning, and the battery lasts 8 to 9 hours with normal usage. Sound quality is average. The laptop is sleek and weighs just 1.5 kg. This is not a gaming laptop, but it’s a terrific purchase and great value for money.PS: There is a small bug related to Windows 11 OS, but it’s nothing major. I hope it gets resolved in future OS updates.

Pathetic Customer Service by HP compared to other companies
I purchased the HP Pavillion Plus (Ryzen 7). Its been about 2 weeks so far. Too little time to comment on the Laptop’s performance, seems good so far. But as far as customer service goes, my experience with HP has been horrible. I was trying to purchase their additional 2-year warranty offer, which for some strange reason has to be done within 2 weeks of purchasing the device, or else you cant purchase it at all. I submitted my documents online waiting for their response. HP claims it will take 2 working days to process the request, but thats a big LIE , they not only take 4 or more days but worst of all there is no way to communicate with them as a customer, so you are left the mercy of waiting for their response, while they take their own sweet time. The customer care phone number redirects you to an email, with no option to talking to a HP person. The email just gives you a standard response asking you to wait. There is no way to expedite your request, they simply wont respond until. There is a callback feature on their portal but you only get a callback after two days or more. My experience with other Laptop manufacturers (Lenovo, Acer, MSI etc) has been way better than HP. Horrible experience, it just gives you a picture how they value their customers, by making it so difficult to contact them.

Horrible experience with build issue and return process
I had to initiate return due to build quality issues with my unit. It is 28th day since my purchase and I still have it with me. It took 2.5 weeks for HP to laze around and diagnose it and confirm DoA. I had 2 technicians assigned on the case both would collect details and HP support would again delay next step to just waste time.At the end of it I thought this is it Amazon would just take the return back, but boy was I wrong. The return pickup never happens, every day they say delayed due to customer and I don’t know what I need to do to get out of this purgatory. Amazon support is just clueless, much like the courier they run on the ground.

Great laptop but wished they did not nerf this with only 16GB RAM. Because of this limited ram this is not a good laptop for development. Which is a shame because at 32 GB such laptops will be useful even 15 years later. But 16 GB dooms this to be e waste sooner or later.

Product is really good
Hp Pavillion plus is really good to hold and is impressive in performance. The downside I find is on the sound part since it’s a bottom fired speakers the output is less. Other than that there is just no issue with the product.
