Alright Guys it’s really Hard to know things about a machine in 1-2 days But still if you reading this means you really need an advice.# i bought this Renewed laptop few days back and First product i got wasn’t working quite well. So i called technician visit through amazon that too 2 times and guys “”” Amazon technicians Do Not come instead they’ll want you to lie with customer support. They are worthless. Then i raise complaint with Amazon.AMAZON CUSTOMER SUPPORT Always maintain it’s standards and services. they helped me getting a replacement from SYNTRONICS OFFICIAL (seller).I got almost new like laptop Dell e5470 latitude with better Processor i5 6th gen 6440HQ with windows 11 pro and charger. But it was inconvenient why couldn’t they send me this one in the first time.Points to remember —1— Always look for a good seller (most important) Search it or do some R&D2– Use the product even if you don’t have to. because then only you would know if there’s any problem.3— Do Not rely on Technician complaint raised by amazon because they’ll not do any good. Use amazon customer support instead.4- You may get a used laptop like really used . watch for it.5- it’s my first renewed product after replacement i am satisfied so far.6– Keep one thing in mind if the laptop stops working or showing any symptoms of that after 7 days so you’ll have to fix it on your own because i don’t they will send someone who could fix it this warranty n all that may not work for you.7— You have 7 days to judge the product. after that you’re on your own almost. (i ordered technical visit 2 times no one came)8- Guys it’s worth a shot but for those like me (risk takers)PERFORMANCE—1– really nice, this latitude laptop will not disappoint you2- fine browsing, speed, no heat at all, heavy business work, daily things and rendering also covered.3– performance wise no complaint so far with REPLACEMENT ONE”4- Everything is original.5– Screen is really good man..6- this is much much better that those 40k 45k laptops only if you get a fine condition product. litlt luck required.7– Camara is fine , display awesome, processor powerful8– i got it for 24k somthing.9- you can’t ask much if you get a fine condition laptop in the first time.10– LOOK FOR THE SELLER PLEASE. Do not order unless you trust the seller. I am thankful to Amazon customer support they helped me get a fine condition laptop.Conclusion —Wanna save the money, you gotta take a little pain and risk. Make your mind first.

A good laptop BUT a BAD buy
The PC itself is good but the vendor has unknowingly or deliberately messed up the refurbishment. The keyboard is completely rubbish. The second row of keys from the top (with numbers) and symbols are mis-matched. Specifically, keys with numerals 6 onwards have symbols on them that are not seen on any standard keyboard. For example key 6 has the symbol & whereas in a standard key 6 comes with the symbol ^All the keys after 6 have this issue as also symbol keys near the ENTER key and shift key on the right hand side of the keyboard.I am surprised that anyone in their right mind would sell such a PC.Amazon has very kindly agreed to replace but I strongly suspect it will have the same issue. Keep tuned!!UPDATEThe replacement arrived today and within 10 minutes decided to return it. The keyboard was right but System properties showed that the OS was Windows 10 Home instead of Windows 10 ProI would highly recommend not to buy anything from the vendor USEDBUTNEW. Either he is unqualified to refurbish or is doing this deliberately, selling bad PCs.

Heat issue with laptop and charger i got fake charger
Please don’t buy this laptop it’s getting hot like lava and also please check the seller because Amazon will not gonna take any action against seller i have purchased one but after a week laptop was getting hot in some minimal tasks like watch YouTube and preparing PDF i am a student so i need such stuff ok let’s coup up that laptop will heat but why charger is also getting heat like hell at some point u thought that it will blast because of charger laptop was also getting heat when I contacted seller he told me to change the adaptor WTF ð you are the provider and you are telling me to change by my own so why are you here please please please do not buy from this saller ( used but new like ) name of seller and telling you Amazon and seller both will not gonna accept their fault please don’t buy this laptop rather than buying this you should go for Chromebook i know spects are low but am telling you it’s worth it than this !!! This is it my experience and also i want to add one point why would you attach USB dongle for blutooth whn it written that laptop has inbuilt blutooth this is scam guys

I recently purchased the Renewed Dell Latitude E5470 from Used Yet New on Amazon, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5 6th generation 620u processor, and it runs smoothly and efficiently.The laptop arrived in great condition, and it looks almost brand new.(some used marks on the touch pad) I appreciate that the seller took the time to refurbish and renew the laptop to make it like new again. It’s also great to know that I saved money by purchasing a renewed product instead of buying a brand new one.The laptop has all the features that I need for work and personal use. The 14-inch screen is the perfect size for me, and the keyboard is comfortable to type on. The laptop has a good battery life, and I can use it for two and half hours without having to recharge it.Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Renewed Dell Latitude E5470 from Used Yet New on Amazon. The laptop is working great, and it meets all my expectations. If you’re in the market for a refurbished laptop, I highly recommend this product. My cost was Rs 17114.
