Stopped working after 15 days
The mouse was delivered somewhere around 25 september and today I had to submit this for warranty claim in the service centre as it stopped working. I also suspect that the mouse was used one but did not highlighted this issue as it was working properly in the starting days. THERE ARE VARIOUS CLAIMS OF SELLING SOLD MOUSE BY THE SELLER FOR WHICH I WANT AMAZON TO DO INSPECTION OF THE SELLER.

Very good and price efficient product. Silent in use with its Dual mode connectivity via Bluetooth and via connector.Overall I am very much pleased with this zebronics product and very handy and easy to use.

Great product; more than just value for money ð°
Buy for a “no nonsense” Bluetooth mouse experience with no battery changing hastles. Have not tried the Dongle interface. Don’t need to. BT works great! ð

Good
The mouse is good and works as expected. The only issue is that there is a time delay when connecting the mouse to the PC after waking up from sleep mode. This only happens in Bluetooth mode, but it is not a major problem. Sometimes, the mouse asks to be paired again after waking up the PC. I am not sure if this is a problem with the PC or the mouse.

Received an used product
I waited for 4 days with an additional delay of 5th day , and received my order just to find it to be a used piece , the mouse has been used , can be see from scratches on back side and front side , and it felt sticky like some sort of sticker had been removed from it when I tried to take out the USB connector , please give me a refund or get me my mouse replaced
