Roast nhi fry krunga !!To dear haryana gurgaon hope you remember call !! Here is your returns.1) On the name of DPI change there is only three mode and that too doesn’t works well , DPI relation with click is myth in this.2) keyboard keys are just as normal keys as door lock !! It’s not at all mechanical keyboard feel (cheap quality keys )3) mouse scroller is placed beneath the curvature of it’s body not easy to move properly. Mouse quality is also cheap like this seller !!4) rgb feel of keyboard is missing I guess Diwali lights can give better output than this keyboard.5) no key highlights can be seen !! No rbg effect on keys of keyboard.

product packaging is one of the worst package I received
product packaging is one of the worst package I received from the Amazon. Ownbox package concept doest work for you as you dont know how to handle customer packages. Please stop this ownbox concept untill you educate your transport and delivery guys. Your effort to protect the environment should not be at the cost of customers hard earned money. The seller not not even botherd to tape the package, it was copmletely open. Luckily all the items were present and its working fine, otherwise I would have returned this item.

Zebronics really has become the worst over the years!
The keyboard is not a backlit keyboard even though the description says so, and the mouse which I received doesn’t work properly. Both are of a tacky and flimsy build.Pity, it was a passable Brand at one time. Did the job without the frills, I have 15 year old PS2 Zebronics keyboards which still work!But after this experience, I’m never buying any of their products again.

Box was already opened but taped again
Box looks like it was air dropped it from Iraq or something, you can see the picture yourself.Keyboard seems alright, the mouse is also lightscams are increasing which is not really surprising since we’re a low trust society.Edit: backspace key is finicky, mouse is not usable for games since the sensor spins out if you swipe it fast so , Honestly save some more and get something better or just something from a reputable brand can’t return and only replace so not going to bother since I don’t think that’s going to help at all.
